2008-2009 School Year

The following list of items is needed to register your child or children for the 2008-2009 school year.  The return of a complete package of registration items will greatly assist the school.  Please note your registration materials need to be returned as soon as possible to facilitate planning for the coming year. First priority for registration is given to families with students already enrolled at St. Stanislaus Tri-Parish Elementary School. Once the registration deadline (April 25th) is passed the available spaces in classes will be opened up to new students. Please use the checklist below to assist you in securing your child's place.
