CLASSROOM RULES/EXPECTATIONS
EXPECTATIONS OF A
3RD GRADER
The classroom rules were designed by us and the students. We
feel it is very important that the students have a "voice" and give
their input into the rules of the classroom. This helps the students
feel more invested in their actions.
The three main classroom rules are:
1. Respect Yourself and Others - Follow the Golden Rule
2. Contribute to the Learning Environment - If you don't have
anything nice or positive to say please don't say anything at all!
3. Follow Classroom and School Procedures - the following are
examples (from the students) of things you SHOULD do and things you
SHOULD NOT do:
