1. Registration fee $180 per child due at the time of registration. Fee non-refundable after June 2, 2008
2. Yearly family bus fee; $350.00 for one child, $175 for each additional child. Payable with tuition.______We will use the bus and need our stop to be at________________________street.

Service Hours: Each 2 parent family agrees to provide 30 service hours per year, or pay at a
rate of $20.00 per hour for all hours not completed by May 1, 2009.
Each single parent family agrees to provide 15 service hours per year, or pay
at a rate of $20.00 per hour for all hours not completed by May 1, 2009.
Band Fee: If your child wants to participate in band (offered in grades 5 & 6), there is a $75.00
per student, per semester, band fee. (Billed on Sept. and Jan. tuition statement.)
SCRIP Program: Participation in our SCRIP program is required with a minimum $1000 purchased per year. You will be billed $100 (10% of $1000) in April if you choose not to participate.
Meal Program: Breakfast $1.75, Student Lunch $2.25, Milk only $.50, Guest Adult Lunch $4.00. Meals must
be paid for in advance or at the time of the meal. Applications for free or reduced meals are
available at the school.

Tuition payments are due at the beginning of each month and will be considered delinquent if not paid by the 10th. If financial circumstances necessitate payment after the 10th, special arrangements must be made in advance. Tuition for 2008-2009 must be paid in full by June 10, of 2009. Since timely collection of tuition is important for the school to meet its obligations, the school will observe the following procedures for collection of delinquent tuition:
*At 30 days past the previous billing date, a late fee of $15.00 will be assessed.
*At 90 days past the previous billing date, the student shall not be allowed to attend school, without a mutually agreed upon
payment plan (school and parents) being set up.
*Tuition accounts not current (or with no payment plan in place) will not be allowed to re-register for the next school year.
*Graduating students or students transferring to a new school will not have their school records forwarded until past due tuition
or other fees are paid in full.
Families that are experiencing financial difficulties may apply for scholarship assistance prior to the May 2008 meeting of the Financial Assistance Committee. Scholarship assistance applications are available at the school.
